We will never email you unless you emailed us first, or if we have serious questions regarding your uploads. We do not give, sell or make any use of our email database.
We check and record your IP during the account creation process and whenever you upload a video.
Fooktube does not record its unregistered users’ IP addresses or activity. The voting, and generally clicking anywhere on the pages, cannot be tracked down to an individual, with the exception of the action of adding a video to a list of favorites, because that action must be linked to a specific account.
We reserve the right to share all information in our possession concerning your account and site usage with third parties as necessary to comply with our repeat infringer policy, all applicable law, and/or to cooperate with law enforcement and the court system.
If a user desires to terminate his Fooktube account he can do so by emailing us.
